With the help of some very generous donations from The Jack Brockhoff Foundation and the Marian & E.H. Flack Trust, we have recently begun a new pallet recycling operation. A new workshop shed has been built and a new forklift purchased, giving the opportunity to learn real workskills. The work skills take place for 3hrs in the mornings, as part of the holistic approach to life transformation. Learning to work with a team, follow instructions, and develop a good work ethic is foundational to life success.

 It has been a personal dream and goal, to take this work of God into a season of prosperity, and financial freedom.  This opportunity has become a valuable part of the day-to-day program at Kyabram.  Not only does it provide the students with real work experience opportunities, but also has the added benefit of a new stream of income to support the day-to-day running expenses.  Teen Challenge has now been invited to expand the operation, to do so we need to build a new work-safe factory environment.  It has the potential to become a major part of the funding source for the program into the future.

In these difficult financial times this has been a divine opportunity.  I am appealing to you to consider a gift towards the development of the new recycling venture and help Teen Challenge to become financially secure for the future.  There is much work to be done in reaching out to the people of Victoria that suffer the dreaded reality of a substance abuse problem, or addiction.  Teen Challenge exists to bring people into a relationship with God , while retraining people with real life-skills, empowering them to live a successful , blessed life.

Together we can make Teen Challenge Victoria, into an even greater shining light of Gods goodness towards people in need of his help.  We can reach people and help them to “Live Free”.
