* Monday nights- 7-9pm Sport Night at Ky Sports stadium
* Tuesday Afternoons – Circle Up.  This is when the whole community come together to discuss and address any issues that may be  occurring in the Program, or in an individual’s life.  It follows a group therapy format, in the context of a therapeutic community.

* Wednesday Afternoons – Recovery Groups.  Each Wednesday, all the men in the program will be involved in a recovery group which addresses various issues of life, e.g. reasons for chemical dependency, sexual addiction, sexual abuse, shame, setting appropriate boundaries, etc.

The Live Free Program is a highly structured format, for the purpose of helping establish new and helpful routines in the lives of the men who are involved in the program.  Initially, this can feel somewhat overwhelming – but those feelings do not last.  Any process of change can be difficult.  The Live Free Leadership Team is absolutely committed to helping the men adjust to their new lifestyle.
